The breath of fresh air...and the air of fresh breath...nothing could soothe our systems more and we need not even participate. Breathing simply happens, and we are WHOLE! However, participation is also accredited...as we can control how deep, shallow, slow, steady, smooth etc we are breathing. Present-moment awareness... is strengthened, and we become more STILL through our movement!!!
You ever notice how life seems so comfortable and almost cozy to live in when the people around you are vibrating w a joyful, outgoing, understanding, caring and compassionate nature? Support LIFE by creating this type of atmosphere for those around you...simply by being PRESENT and initiating all of the gentle attributes expressively...no judgement...just PURITY!!!
Inner guidance is whispering to and through our souls constantly. Because of the absolute gentleness of the voice, loud chatter may be blocking this out. Great!!! This means there's opportunity for growth...and potential for OPENING new channels of LIGHT n LOVE!!! If inner guidance seems difficult to find, be not afraid to ask for assistance through out guidance of LOVED ONES!!!
